The example itineraries below represent just a small selection of the myriad of itineraries and camp combinations that we can arrange for your tailor-made Botswana Safari. Botswana also combines well with Victoria Falls, either on the Zimbabwe or Zambia side. You may also wish to add a few days in Cape Town at the end of your safari, or even some time relaxing on a beach in Mozambique. Ideally we recommend combining 3 camps in Botswana to get an idea of the different territories, perhaps with 2-3 nights at each camp. Botswana is generally at the top end of the price range so when travelling in peak season many guests will opt for around 7-9 nights on safari. A less costly alternative for a longer safari may be to join a small group set departure.

This is an excellent value safari and offers a great option during the summer months of December to April. The rainy season isn't traditionally the best time for a safari but the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and Nxai Pan National Park are at their best during these months. We have also added a few nights in the Okavango Delta which offers a great year round experience.
